In the 1970s, my late father-in-law, Carl M. Freeman, envisioned Sea Colony, a beautiful beach and tennis resort in Bethany Beach, Delaware, as a special coastal gathering place for families. Four decades later, families flock to it from all across the country.

Later came The Preserve, The Cove, The Village at Bear Trap Dunes, Bayside, Tidewater Landing, and Tower Hill each offering its own unique combination of natural beauty and world-class amenities for families to enjoy. Now comes Channel Pointe – a stunning waterfront community nestled in the heart of Fenwick Island. Steeped in rich local history and exuding coastal luxury, Channel Pointe takes waterfront living to the next level.

I grew up in Delaware, and it’s my greatest joy to create places for families to enjoy all our state has to offer. As I carry the Freeman legacy forward, I remember how my father-in-law taught us to build places and spaces for families to savor happy moments together.
